Job Title: e-Form Designer Location : Rochester, MN Duration : 02 Months (Contract to Perm) Engagement Type: (Contract to Perm) Short Description: Lay out forms in Adobe InDesign and create fillable/interactive forms using Acrobat. Must be highly proficient in using InDesign for form layout. Complete Description: Must submit at least three form samples of InDesign forms, including at least one form sample using both InDesign and Acrobat for field completion. Tolerance of ambiguity and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines is critical. This individual must be diplomatic, approachable, professional, and a good communicator. Individual must also demonstrate attention to details and excellent proofreading abilities.
