Responsibilities
Description:
The Eligibility and Enrollment Use Case Specialist will work with Health
Insurance Exchange IT Business Analysts and Siebel Configuration Specialists
in organizing and executing the build out of the detailed use cases for the
Eligibility and Enrollment Functionality within the Oregon Health Insurance
Exchange. The detailed use cases will be utilized in conjunction with
solutions architecture models as configuration specifications for the Oracle
COTS Siebel solution.
The use cases will include the follow information:
. Actor(s)
. Pre-Conditions
. Post-Conditions
. Triggering Event
. Flows: basic flow/main Flow /sub flow/ alternative flow
. Exceptions
. Special Requirements
. Business Rule
. Issues & Assumptions
