This candidate must be a senior level technologist who will provide technology direction and leadership to a key EES initiative to create a web application and framework that will provide an external interface for EES customer for their training experiences. The application will provide a central location for the delivery of on-line traning opporunities as well as an interaction with off line training events. A key success factor of this project is to provide an exceptional user interface experience that will promote a career long relationship with EES. In addition, the application backend design will be leverage for Prof Ed organizations across MD&D. The candidate will join the design partner to complete the technical design for the solution to provide technical leadership and prepare the staffing plan for the implementation effort. At the completion of the solution definition, the project effort will be presented to Global Services for the implementation project. This resource will serve a key resource in the transition of knowledge for between the design team to the implementation team.
