May include hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications. Works closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations ** Programming Languages: J2EE Intermediate 7-8 Within 1 Year 4 - 6 Years J2SE / J2EE 5 to 6 years (7 to 8 on skill level on a 10 scale range) UI design experience 5 to 6 years (prefer 7 to 8 on skill level on a 10 scale range, minimum 5) OBJ C 3 to 4 years in I-Phone development (SDK) - not required but a significant advantage Custom UI Frameworks is a plus Human Interface design Experience and Expertise is very important ** Job duties: Analysis, Design, Build, test, PRODCUTION SUPPORT of customer facing applications in a rapid development and deploy environment. Resource will be actively participating in all phases of the project life cycle. Resource needs to have an innovative nature and mind set to devise robust, yet simple and fast solutions for business requirements. Ideal candidate has a broad level of experience across multiple technology disciplines, can perform research and evaluation of third party products for possible use in the eventual solution. Must be willing to provide support after hours and on weekends with a rotating support pager. Communication skills (spoken, written, ability to understand) is essential
