Provide Project Management and Business Analyst expertise to the development of a Telecommuting Roadmap that includes an Executive Summary of Technology Approaches, Costs, Benefits and High-Level Implementation Schedule 2. Assessment of existing and future agency applications / services to be made available to remote users 3. Discovery and "Soft" Evaluation of relevant Technology Solutions employed by other State Agencies (i.e., California, Texas, Utah, others) and Leading Technology Solution Providers (Cisco, VMware / EMC, Microsoft, Citrix, Others) 4.
