Description Supply and Demand Information Solutions is looking for a qualified, experienced Systems Analyst to support Intel's SAP* SCM Supply Chain capabilities. In this position, you will be responsible for providing support to the roll out Boxing Midrange Planning (BMP) capabilities across the enterprise and provide ongoing application management for SAP* SCM. You will work closely with business partners, other Analysts and Application Developers, and serve as a liaison between the SDIS SAP* team and various other customer and partner teams. You will provide production support and may work on project teams to support application releases. The scope of work may include new development, enhancements to existing applications, and continuous improvements. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Providing ongoing production support for SCM DP and SCM. This scope may grow into other SCM functional or technical areas related to SCM - Understanding SAP* Supply Chain Management (SCM) system functionality, and work with other analysts, project team members and business partners to design, configure, and implement Supply Chain solutions that meet the business objectives - Developing use cases, customer scenarios, and/or prototypes, and support the testing and troubleshooting of the application - Planning, coordinating, and conducting the testing and may develop training materials and troubleshooting guides - Providing estimates for resource requirements, scope, budgets, and project timelines - May be expected to demonstrate enterprise leadership or provide strategic guidance to program, projects, and business partners to ensure our solutions are robust, scalable, flexible, and in line with Intel's and the industry direction -Troubleshoot and support CIF, ALE, XI, and Autosys issues Qualifications The successful candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, and others), and a minimum of four years applicable work experience on SAP* Supply Chain Management (SCM).
