Avaya call center experience - We are looking for instructional designers
(so you could use the standard Level E role description), along with the
following specific skillsets: -

Call Center Technical knowledge: Includes knowledge of ICOA, CCE, Proactive
Contact Dialogue Designer and Voice Portal - - Call Center Design
knowledge/experience: CC Overview, CC Solution, CC-CM, Reporting, Selling
Interactions.



*Job Summary:***

The Instructional Design Senior Analyst develops training solutions using
prescribed tools and according to center process, quality, budget, and
milestone standards. They have the primary purpose of developing training
assets (including but not limited to instructor-led training, performance
simulation and virtual-web-based training) based on high-level design
specifications. Additionally, the Instructional Design Senior Analyst
requires minimal supervision throughout, and may supervise themselves or a
very small group of Instructional Design Analysts, during the design and
development process.
