Job Title : SharePoint Governance Lead

Duration : 6 months

Position Description: MUST demonstrate deep and wide expertise in the
application supported, including application administration, configuration
and development. · MUST be current with upcoming releases and able to
support ALL upgrade and patching done to the application supported. ·MUST
demonstrate patterns of independent and effective interaction with Heinz
business end users of application supported. · MUST demonstrate a focus on
quality and testing, documenting unit testing and delivering UAT scripts. ·
MUST demonstrate patterns of proactive behavior to anticipate application
support needs and effectively diagnose and communicate root cause issues
while managing incidents and problems. · MUST deliver results iteratively
and quickly based on end user requirements and feedback.

Project description: Validate Cognos 8 upgrade design underway, design and
implement performance optimizations, specify integrations with other
technologies, and suggest changes to underlying architecture. Project tasks
will mirror the "Required Skills" above.

Required skills: Deep experience in web design and development using the
full-spectrum of .NET UI capabilities (e.g. – MOSS/SPS, WebPart
configuration, SilverLight, Web Services for authentication and data
sourcing) · Demonstrate adaptability in adopting and adhering to Heinz IS
standards as they evolve. Our SLA is to post them in writing (on our site)
within 7 days of pronouncement. · Demonstrate a creative ability to generate
buzz with users through interface design. · Knowledgeable regarding best
practices for site design, business social networking, and business
collaboration applications. · Able to develop re-usable, custom .NET
components to address prevalent patterns of business user collaboration
activities (e.g. – MS Office uploads of custom hierarchies, cross references
to external data.
