We have a replacement position with my direct client who is looking for *Vitria BPM Designer *at *Chicago, IL* *Job Description as follows: * *Position: BPM Designer * *Duration: 6Months * *Location: Chicago* *Skills Required: * - Onsite Support & Enhancement Lead for Vitria Middleware Interfaces - Coordination with Business Users and Managers regarding requirements - Coordination with Source and End Application Teams for resolving support & Enhancement Activities - Leading Enhancements on Vitria - Requirements Gathering , Preparation & Review of Design Specs , Preparation & Review of Test Plans , Implementation Plans - Implementation of Support and Enhancements Releases - Coordination with Offshore for Support & Enhancements to get the deliverable completed on time - Reviewing of all deliverables as required - Managing Customer expectations and Escalations - Coordinate for Release and Change Management activities - Assist in Identifying business opportunities and proactive improvements to Applications - Assist in weekly & Monthly Reporting of status on various parameters ( SLA's , Metrics , Status , Issues , Risks etc ) - Assist Offshore and Onsite team on Technical issues related to Vitria / J2EE / Java - Coding & Testing of Support and Enhancement Requests - Provide On Call and Standby By Support *Mandatory Skills: * - Vitria Middle Technology . - J2EE / Java , Struts , Weblogic - Jrun - Minimum 24 months experience on Support & Enhancement experience - Minimum 12 months Onsite Experience as Onsite Support Coordinator - SDLC Process and Quality processes - Minimum 48 months experience on Design , Development , Maintenance of Vitria Interfaces - 18 or more months experience on Energy & Utilities Domain ( Oil & Gas ) *Desired Skills: * - ITIL Knowledge is desirable - Any other Integration Technology like Websphere / TIBCO / Webmethods - Prior experience in Oil Industry esp.
