*Position : Lead Salesforce Developer Location : Atlanta, GA Duration : 9+ Months Phone then Face to Face Job Description: *The Salesforce Developer Technical Lead will be part of a team working on Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> CRM projects. This individual will have the opportunity to lead implementations ofForce.com <http://force.com/> solutions for various core banking systems involving local and global resources and will become a subject matter expert in theForce.com <http://force.com/> platform, with in-depth knowledge of the schema, API calls, SCM, CM and debugging techniques. Additionally this individual will be part of a team driving the cloud computing strategy. The Tech Lead must be able to design solutions that have long last business values with quality measured by multiple metrics (scalability, performance, security, systematic and robust deployment and operational processes, with little or no defects). In addition, most of the systems to be developed/deployed/integrated are required to be integrated with other systems that run in the companies operational environment. The Tech Lead owns the “Technical Design Document” and “Detailed Design Document” of the project(s) based on Technology Framework and Standards.
