Determines system specifications and record layouts and develops procedures to process information. Interfaces with users and develops a system to meet user needs. Analyzes and modifies the system design. Evaluates and recommends equipment modifications or additions. May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert. Responsible for other duties as assigned. Ability to train and present to small and large audiences or has the interest in learning to train and present. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results. May provide work leadership by assigning work and resolving problems. Qualifications C#, Javascript, MVC required Need some SQL exp Would be really nice if they have SOAP and AJAX Requires a Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or equivalent. Master’s degree is preferred. Requires wide ranging and in-depth knowledge of the organization and its operations and advanced knowledge of the systems area. Typically works on systems that have significant company-wide impact. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated expertise in leading/influencing others to achieve goals.
