Primarily be working on the EMS applications, depending on progress the consultant may work on some of these new applications, to name a few, will include the following:Dealer Licensing System (public-facing and internal websites)Proof of Insurance Filing and Cancellation (public-facing website)Public Records Request systemBad checks tracking, Abstract AccountingInvoice systemTranscript Logging, Special PlatesRefund systemThe new applications will implement a 3-tiered architecture and comply with ODPS coding standards.The Programmer is responsible for analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team. Programmers typically are involved in maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work. Programmers have a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by the Application Team.
