Duties require interaction with international hotel users, development, corporate departments and support teams. · Create and maintain stories in the Rally Development tool. · Create and maintain 3rd Party PMS Interface Requirements · Work with Development team during development lifecycle to ensure delivery of required changes. · Support International Corporate departments and hotels as it relates to Property Systems understanding and requirements. · Troubleshoots reported problems with systems and produces system requirements for programming staff as required · Corresponds with user groups as required regarding new system functionality · Participates in user meetings as required · Attends seminars and technical training as required *Experience/Skills required:* · Bachelor's degree or 4-5 years of equivalent experience · At least two years of relative field work experience in the hotel or hospitality industry required · Knowledge of Hotel reservations systems, Hotel Operations, Property Management System(s) · Understanding of 3rd Party Property System Interfaces (POS, PBX, Internet, Movies) · Microsoft Office (advanced skills preferred) · Excellent verbal and written skills · Self-motivated · Ability to work under pressure and within stringent time frames · Ability to identify multiple solutions to a problem · Innate curiosity of how things work.
