Hi, Hope you are doing Great! *Role : Oracle SCM with Rapid Planning(Mandatory)* *Location : Englewood, CO* *Duration : 6+ Months* *Job Description:* Our team provides tier 1 support for Oracle Financials (GL, AP + iExp, iProc & PO, FA, PA, AR, OAC, HR & PR, and Workflow) currently, and will be providing support for SCM applications starting later this year: Asset Tracking, Bill of Material, iSupplier Portal, Mobile Supply Chain, Orace Inventory, Procurement Contracts, Shipping Execution, Sourcing and a highly customized Project Manufacturing. Candidate will receive tickets for application issues directly from users through Remedy, and work on providing solutions for the ticketed issues. These solutions are provided in the form of training, bug fixes, forms personalization, data fixes, configuration changes such as menus, responsibilities, request groups, profiles, etc. We follow a weekly code release cycle for all migrations to production that don’t involve patching or profiles options or other major application changes, and a monthly formal release cycle for patches and other more significant application fixes/changes. We work with our DBAs to migrate changes, and with the users for testing and sign-off as a part of both of these cycles. Management measures the performance of our team by our ability to deliver high quality customer service in a timely manner, as measured by feedback from our user community, and by metrics gathered from the ticketing system such as average number of days to resolve issues. We work very closely with the DBA and Development teams, as an extension of their teams to deliver support to our users. We are in constant contact with these teams, and even though they are part of IT, and we are part of finance, we work very much as one team. Candidate may be requested to perform project related tasks primarily for issue resolution as a transition of those projects into production support upon implementation. This includes working with the PMs, IT and business users on these project related tasks.
