Assist in evaluation, Procurement and Purchase of CMMS COTS software and various modules to address DSNY requirements. *Leads the CMMS account wide System Administration team implementing best practices, data remediation processes, and system compliance*. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS *Knowledge* of Avantis *CMMS COTS software especially* in relation to its configuration and deployment with infrastructure requirements a *plus*; working with infrastructure projects related to a distributed, *multi-location field staff a plus*. *Desirable Skill/Expertise:* The preferred candidate should demonstrate performance in a enterprise level CMMS private or public sector application delivery project in a related project is a plus; demonstrated project delivery or proficiency in monitoring and/or management tools; *Knowledge of infrastructure computing architectures* Knowledge of modern user Interfaces such as web browsers, knowledge of modern database structures *Demonstrated past successes leading complex technology delivery projects in* *public sector*, *ideally a NYC agency.* Due to the necessary technical management duties of this position in a *24/7 operation*, candidate may be required to be on call and/or work various shifts such as weekends and/or nights/evenings.
