SOLUTIONS DESIGNER EMAIL MGMT Requirements: Must have architected, designed and executed technology solutions within a customer centric targeted marketing arena from initial discussions with business stakeholders through implementation. Must have experience conducting discovery meetings with clients to find customer intelligence opportunities within the technology landscape. Collect, analyze, clarify and document business requirements to support the implementation team and to produce a detailed solution proposal. Experience in executing one or more of the following marketing technology solutions: campaign data mart, OLAP for analytics, OLTP for RT data store, email repository, campaign management solution or customer loyalty platform. Experience designing batch ETL and near real-time process flows within a large scale data environment. Understanding of the marketing coupon lifecycle in a retail or highly transaction processing industry from coupon targeting, issuance to response tracking and attribution. Hands on working knowledge in writing SQL queries using complex joins for data validation within a DBMS or Big Data solution, including: Netezza, GreenPlum, Teradata, Oracle, MySQL or Hadoop. Ability to deliver solution demonstrations at the power user, marketing user, and executive levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be working with and supporting high level business executives and partners.
