*Title: SOX Business Analyst * *Location: Minneapolis, MN* *Duration : 3 Month Contract +* *Telephonic + Skype* Works with the business and technical teams to define business needs and implement innovative solutions that meet business objectives or create new business opportunities through the effective use of technology. Document and translate business processes into technical requirements. Coordinate/facilitate cross-functional project teams of 10-15 people. Define and articulate project scope and business requirements based on client-provided strategy and objectives, analyzing appropriate data as necessary. Effectively communicate project strategies, statuses, and key decisions within project teams, stakeholder committees, and larger organization including Senior Management.
