*REQUIREMENT DETAILS:* *Position: Senior Business Process Analyst with SALESFORCE Exp* *Location: St. Louis, MO* *Duration: 12 months* *Rates: $50/hr* This position is responsible for analyzing business problems, interacting directly with internal customers, capturing and documenting business requirements, maintaining use cases/business process flows, developing and executing system test cases, and providing application training to internal customers as necessary. The successful candidate will facilitate meetings to discuss business and technical requirements with both technical and non-technical parties. This role will be the responsible owner of tasks which require tracking through all stages of the project life-cycle from assignment to implementation. *The successful candidate must have:* · BS/BA Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, or similar work experience. Minimum six years experience as a business analyst, eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating business requirements into use cases and/or functional system specifications. · Demonstrates a desire to create standardized documentation for consistency and re-usability in all aspects of a project. Experience following a structured project life-cycle methodology. Proven ability to follow a change control process. · Has the ability to independently drive issue resolution, develop business knowledge and relationships, and apply technical alternatives while operating in a rapidly changing environment. · Excellent task coordination, time management, and prioritization skills. Exhibits problem solving and negotiation skills. Proven skills as a self-starter. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stake-holders.
