Able to participate in Design EAO sessions, Code Reviews, frequent communication with clients Architect resources and provide regular feedback and suggestions. Build and Lead the development team form front. Well versed in AGILE (Scrum) methodologies. Participate in User Stories discussions, Scrum meetings/Daily Standup’s and other project discussions. Understand how to build an application from scratch and communicate the same to the team. Frequently monitor the project progress and both onsite/offshore resources. Eventually should be managing the entire Project Portfolio at the client site. Knowledge on different frameworks. TOGAF preferred. Knowledge on IBM WebSphere, Jboss, Tomcat and other tools such as Spring, Struts, Hibernate, JQuery etc., Understand various application interdependencies at the client side and help them with solutions. Optional but added advantage skill sets: It would be nice if the candidate has knowledge on BigData, Hadoop and Analytics platform as well. Client would feel this might be an added advantage as well.
