*Location:* *Plano,TX* JD: *Skill:* HPSM, HPAM, SQL, MS Access, MS Excel Analytical skill and Good communication *Project scope:* Scope: The core data from CDC to be migrated to CDS system. The Migration project involves in identifying the error and fixing the errors in the data in the CDC before the migration process. This process to be performed to avoid the failure of data migration to CDS due to the rules enforced to suite to HP Service Manager and HP Asset Manager standards. Below are the activities No Activities 1 Data download from share point for companies allocated. 2 Check the data for completeness and revert to ESIT if incomplete. 3 Data Analysis and clean up as per errors identified. 4 Preparation of Error log file with errors count and respective comments. 5 Preparation of LDSS with all corrections for the errors identified. 6 Update Invalid agent data file if required. 7 Upload LDSS and error log file to sharepoint. 8 Email project lead and regional lead to verify the data uploaded to share point. 9 After approval from the respective leads upload the data to the CDC tool and validate and transform it. 10 If we get any errors in the validate and transform process, we need to check with technical lead and re-work on the errors and re-do the whole process above. 11 Co-ordinate with ESIT for any data issues or missing data. 12 Co-ordinate with Data Co-ordinators for any doubts or queries regarding the data clean up and correction on errors. 13 Regional leads update the assignment status and upload it to the sharepoint and inform the project lead. 14 Attend regular hourly meetings with Project stake holders throughout the week. 15 The work instructions keep changing so we re-work on all the previously completed work. 16 Weekly update on TMS, CATW and manual entry on sharepoint. 17 Review work instruction periodically and provide feedback to DC's and Technical Leads. 18 Team Huddle on daily basis for 30 mins. 19 Automation of LDSS error correction and fixing.
