Directs and manages project development from beginning to end. Responsible for project delivery, timeline, scope management, project financials, quality and risk management. Strong understanding of Project management concepts with proven experience. Responsible for design, development, implementation and requirements. Manages the relationship with the business partners to ensure their technology needs are planned and road-mapped clearly Coordinates the resource estimates and participants needed to achieve project goals. Delegates tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and to stakeholders. Proactively manages changes in project scope, project issues, potential risks, and devises contingency plans. Develops and delivers status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, change/risk/issue logs, earned value analysis, and presentations. Develops best practices and tools for project execution and management. Manage the resource allocation across different projects as per business priorities Ensure that project is planned from all needs and ensure required time-lines are adhered to Manage the delivery of the project be coordinating with the development and testing team Coaches, mentors, motivates, and supervises the project team members and contractors, and influences them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks.
