Please let me know your thoughts. 3 references required. *Candidates should have at least 84 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:* - Demonstrated work experience managing complex, multi-year IT projects with multiple work streams and internal and external stakeholders expectations on a diverse project team. - Demonstrated work experience communicating project status to IT Leadership and briefing the Project Steering Committee and Agency Executive Staff as required. - Demonstrated Project Management experience, with P*roject Manager Professional (PMP) *Certification. - Demonstrated work experience using project management tools for business analysis/requirements gathering and process improvement, preferably* Lean/6 Sigma* techniques. - Demonstrated work experience creating project schedules and* Work Breakdown Structures* using MS Project. - Demonstrated work experience configuring, administering and reporting with HP Quality Center and Share Point. - Demonstrated work experience implementing the phases of the NYS Project Management Guidebook and fulfilling ITS Service Now reporting requirements. - Demonstrated work experience with *Oracle and APEX* application development ensuring software quality with unit/system and regression testing. - Demonstrated work experience implementing the Agile/SCRUM methodology/framework.
