This person will also be responsible for managing activities with interfacing organizations and systems . This will be to support the rewrite of the Automated Title Processing system (ATPS Blue) Strong communication/ leadership skills. Strong influence, collaboration and negotiation experience. Ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines. Have excellent oral and written skills/possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills. Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines. Have strong understanding of prioritization stemming from the elicitation of system and/or user requirements. Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills. Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably using the English language. Exceptional conflict management skills. Work with stakeholders to clarify ambiguous user requirements. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Visio, Project and Powerpoint. Self- motivated, results driven, and commitment oriented. Builds strong working relationship with SME’s, Development, BA and QA teams. Interact with project stakeholders as needed to clarify project requirements. Knowledge of UML diagrams- business model diagram, process flow, flow charts etc. (should be familiar with MS Visio). Maintain project plan, issues log, action item log, meeting agenda, meeting minutes and other artifacts as required to do job.
