Must be able to communicate well in all forms and provide strong leadership. Deliverables: Configuration (BR100) document, meeting minutes, issue and risk logging, weekly status report, business requirements and gaps, functional specification if RICE object are needed, WMS portion of test plans, test scripts. This is a backfill for the current WMS resource.
