Short term project, but could be extended.
Resources can work remotely, with occasional trips to Pittsburgh
Minimum Requirements:
The 3 roles are:
*Resource needed to capture and design the workflow between Service Now and
other tools and processes that Service Now links to in the client
environment. This will require solid working knowledge of how ServiceNow
works. This role is not necessarily a coder or developer. It can most
likely be filled by a System's Analyst with Service Now experience.*
*Resource needed to design Service Now User Interfaces. This resource will
need to determine what the various screens will look like then buildout the
designed screens. *
*Resource needed who knows how to do calls to Service Now APIs and how
ServiceNow integrates to other products, i.e the existing client tools.
This developer will need to know how ServiceNow interfaces with other
technologies and will provide support in joining up ServiceNow with other
products such as ServiceMesh.*
Applicant must meet ALL of these requirements.
Description:
This is for a custom client side implementation of Service Now to be rolled
out globally.
The POC requires building of their data center structure which will link
to ServiceNow for request management. ServiceNow will need to talk to
ServiceMesh.
