Please go through the below mentioned requirement and let me know your interest. *Business Analyst with eCommerce* *Location : Union, NJ* *Duration : Long Term* *…MUST BE GREEN CARD OR US CITIZEN! * " The BA organization at BB&B is in charge of the requirements process and they act as scrum product owners " Need to be pro-active; there are lots of initiatives and you need to be a go-getter " Skills that are a must: *BRDs, FRDs, Experience with User Stories (goes hand in hand with Agile); deliverables have to be clear and well written, experience with retail and ecommerce, very good communication skills, knowledge of PCI compliance/PII* " Must have written hundreds of user stories, and recent extensive BRD’s and FRD’s. " Must understand websites, may be asked to explain search, checkout and payment functionality. This is common stuff. " Communication skills are extremely important because they will be speaking in front of high level management, etc. " The candidate should at least have some knowledge of PCI/PII compliance, even if they don't have a lot of experience. " If the candidate has retail/ecommerce throughout resume except for perhaps the last 6 mo-1yr. we can still send if they know their stuff. " Experience with frontend/client facing, UX; knowledge from a BA perspective. This is a BA for the eCommerce group. As a key contributor to the team you must have experience in the following: " Collecting and analyzing the project's business requirements by coordinating interviews, requirement workshops, business and workflow analysis. " Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specification documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents. " Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate business units. " Ability to communicate effectively with external business partners and internal teams to deliver the projects requirements. " Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. " Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Required Skills: " Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter experts. " Working knowledge of MS. Word, Outlook, and Excel. " Ability to analyze and document complex business processes. " Ability to make effective decisions under pressure. " Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver. " Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information. " Working knowledge of AS400, .net, SQL, and xml is not required but a plus. " Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Project Methodologies. Education and Qualifications " Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field from an accredited institution. " Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus.
