SAP CRM Functional consultant Irwindale, CA 12 Months • Sound understanding of CRM 7.0, including Marketing, . Experience Required • At least 2 E2E Implementations • Thorough understanding of a specific CRM processes and SAP CRM 7.0 EHP2 as well as integration to ECC environment to implement end to end CRM business processes. • Thorough working knowledge of CRM Marketing and proficiency to perform end to end configuration of CRM Standalone scenarios as well as ECC-Integration scenarios. Technical proficiency a plus with CRM Web UI Configuration. • Experiences on energy efficiency programs, demand response programs etc • Knowledge and awareness of SAP cross functional modules like MM, PP, CO, FI and integrations with other modules • Business Analysis experience; requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, application mapping • Excellent analysis and design, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills • Should be able to drive CRM RICEF technical development including Functional Specifications • Should have expertise in capturing business requirements, validation of the requirements and understanding the implication of Testing for those business scenarios, create High level Test Traceability Matrix, training and testing • Collaborate with team from Offshore and Onsite • Knowledge of SAP Testing tools like HPQC, QTP and LoadRunner • Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must
