Position: NOC engineer Location: Parsippany NJ Duration: 12 month contract Phone + Face to Face Description: They are taking phone calls in the NOC and troubleshooting juniper, checkpoint, F5 devices. Someone with just Cisco experience won’t be selected. They must have experience with BGP and OSPF. Multicast would get the person hired. A deployment engineer won’t like this job not enough hands on work. Someone in finance is good too because it’s a banking environment Below are the notes from the manager CCNA must / CCNP preferred Experience Troubleshooting the following protocols: BGP, OSPF, Multicast 5 plus years working on complex networks preferably in the financial sector Excellent Verbal & written communication a must Experienced with any of the following: Juniper, Checkpoint, F5, Arista are plus Flexible work schedule and for this position the schedule is: 7am to 7pm Sun - Wed following week is Sun - Tue (3on 4off then 4on 3off) Schedule is not negotiable.
