Load Testing expert that has extensive experience with Load Testing design, scalability, and requirements and HP LoadRunner Performance Center expertise. 1. Ability to gather requirements for scalability testing of applications including integration with other system and quickly understand the implications to the test effort, schedule and test execution plan. 2. Scripting experience with LoadRunner using web (http/html) and web services protocol 3. Performance results analysis skills, should have used Loadrunner monitors and other monitoring tools. Should be able to identify the bottlenecks/performance degradation areas to the project team. 4. Should have worked in an end to end testing model, right from performance requirement collection till analyzing the results and reporting out to the project team 5. more experience in driving/designing complex Load & Performance testing solutions.
