*Voice Engineers - 2 More openingsLincolnshire IL6 months (will go 1+ years if good performance)* *Higher level* Have experience with CVP (Cisco Voice Portal) and ICM (Intelligent Call Management), also very strong working on UCS Platform and AM (Account Manager), CVP, ICM, operational networks – not just a member on the team, but someone who was building out the environment and then supporting it after. Have a couple people on staff now doing the scripting, this person will be doing light scripting CVP – cisco voice portal Intelligent Call Management ICM/UCCE – unified cisco contact center enterprise Setting up gateway/end point location from scratch. *Role:* This company is undertaking a major initiative to replace their entire Voice infrastructure which consists of replacing Legacy voice with Cisco VOIP across the retail chain for thousands of stores nationwide. It will allow for a better end user customer experience, as the calls to the pharmacy will be routed to a call center type environment where pharmacists will answer customers' questions in an efficient manner. That will free up time for the pharmacists in the retail stores, and customers that are physically in the stores will be able to meet with Pharmacists directly. These Voice Engineers will be doing the implementation of the voice gateways, doing the Cisco router H323 configuration. They do NOT need a support person, but a true engineer who has been on the voice gateway/router side rather than just on the GUI side.
