Please let me know your thoughts. 3 references required. *Candidates should have at least 60 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:* - Experience developing applications related to government financial accounting. - Experience analyzing business processes and workflows; and working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications and resolve issues. - Experience using Oracle and PL/SQL packages with good knowledge of SQL programming, - Experience as a Web GUI designed with knowledge of accessibility compliance. - Experience with system specifications and file layouts for PeopleSoft financials software. - Experience using object oriented concepts to design complex business objects, for example voucher processing, settlement program rules. - Experience using SQL Reporting. - Bachelor's degree. Please note that our client does allow Skype/remote interviews. However they reserve the right to require an in-person interview. Does candidate anticipate any absences during the engagement period?
