*Location: Charlotte, NC*

*Description:*
*Skills Competencies*
· Bring strong creative, conceptual and problem-solving skills to
translate conceptual ideas (business needs and user goals) into interaction
design solutions.
· Assess data from multiple sources (product requirements, tech
constraints, UX research, web analytics, industry trends…) and synthesize
it in order to develop efficient user scenarios, taxonomies, classification
schemes, navigation systems, design patterns, etc.
· Create and effectively present UX deliverables (wireframes,
workflows, prototypes, etc.) to explain and negotiate design solutions to
key stakeholders.
*Responsibilities*
· Develop UX/IA documentation such as site outlines, process flows,
sketches, scenarios, personas, wireframes, and navigation models for web,
desktop, and mobile applications to define functionality and user behavior
· Lead UX cross-functional teams to deliver best of class user
experiences.
· Provide updates and status on UX Design deliverables to UX
Managers and Business Partners.
· Expert-level user experience skills with hands-on experience
building wireframes and mock-ups
· Brainstorm and collaborate with Business Owners, Product
Managers, UX Visual Designers, Developers, end users, and other
stakeholders to determine user interface needs
· Partner with our Prototyping and Development Team to ensure
technical feasibility and flawless implementation
· Provide options based on technical and time constraints
· Participate in projects from the design phase through final
testing and QA
· Review applications throughout the development lifecycle to
ensure integrity of information architecture and usability guidelines
· Maintain expert knowledge about emerging user interface /
interaction design standards and best practices
· Evaluate the competitive landscape and research UI trends in
financial services.
*Experience and Qualifications*
· A Bachelor's Degree in Human Factors, Interaction, Graphic or
Interface design. Experience designing for the social web, design patterns,
rich internet applications and delivery methodologies.
· An online portfolio is a must
· Must possess proven ability to develop user interfaces for
complex transactional applications
· Must possess in-depth knowledge of GUI prototyping tools and
experience in rapid prototyping and iterative design using these tools
