These resources will be front ending client SMEs and will be SPOC for all offshore technical interactions with the team for the defined tasks in hand. Good communication and attitude is must and should be flexible in working in on-off model as it will require late nights and early morning interactions with India teams *Mandatory Skills* JCL, VSAM, COBOL, Flat files To facilitate the project team by removing impediments that affect team’s velocity to ensure consistent quality and timelines of output as committed (1.)
