Please send the resumes at su...@cncconsulting.com Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Harrisburg, PA Duration: 3 months PennDOT requires the services of a Senior Business Analyst (BA) staff augmentation consultant to serve as a BA on the Local Projects (LP)- Invoicing Project. The LP-Invoicing project is stage 3 of a high profile project which has collectively sought out to provide a business solution to allow local municipalities the ability to let local design contracts, electronically process reimbursement agreements and improve turnaround timeframes for paying their vendors. This stage of the project addresses the direct payment to sponsors for local projects within the Electronic Construction Management System (ECMS). The Senior Business Analyst will lead the effort in scoping the current “as is” and “to be” process for municipalities to invoice and pay their sponsors. This information will be used for reporting the feasibility of this stage of the project to PennDOT management. If PennDOT management chooses to move forward with the project, the Senior Business Analyst will lead the BA activities throughout the development lifecycle. Below include the specific duties for this position.
