*Position: Business Objects Consultant Location: Boston, MA. Duration: 6+
Months Interview mode: Phone than Skype. *

* Job Description: *a)      Design, build, and support the Business Objects
environment and services

*b)      Develop disaster recovery strategies and plans including backup
plans, recovery procedures and periodic DR drills. c)      Administer,
maintain, develop and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the
security and integrity of the Business Objects environment*
d)     Administer content management, including version control and
migrations between multiple environments
e)      Lead process improvement efforts related to the environment and
implement improvements
f)       Lead and administer support administration including ticket
reporting, queue analysis, and triage
g)      Analyze and recommend technologies as needed
h)      Lead and perform off-hours support on a rotation with secondary
support staff
i)        Provide a professional service within and outside the team and
represents the team in all actions
j)        Perform all other duties as needed or directed to meet the needs
of the department for the successful completion of the Call Center-Patient
Access Initiative Project.

*Must haves (ideally top 3 things):*
*Proven experience with designing and building a BO environment
*Experience developing disaster recovery strategies and plans
*Content management experience administration experience*.*
