Exp Required : 10+Years Skills Required : 10+ years of development experience - this resource needs to have a strong application development background. 4+ years of Java development experience. 2+ years of Sales force development experience. Needs to have customization experience working with Apex and Visualforce. Ideally this person will have gone thru 2 Salesforce implementations. Must be 501 certified or higher or at least working towards their 501 certification. 401 certified is not at the level that we are looking for. Must have experience leading a team - this person will be leading a team of 6 - 10 consultants. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Position is based in Marlborough but will require occasional travel to Boston.
