*Position: Java Resource* *Location: Cypress, CA; Boston MA* *Hire Type: Contract* *MAX RATE: $45/hr on C2C* *Please don’t not submit resumes without skill Matrix* *Must have skills:* • Responsible for maintaining the highest level of subject matter expertise and analyzing needs in determining user requirements. • Looking for a Java/J2EE - SA - Requirements analysis, use case creation and decomposition, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements • Strong technical • Performs impact analysis of making changes affecting multiple application systems or functional domains and develops cost / benefit analysis for each identified solution • Ensure solutions meet business needs along with architecturally significant functional and nonfunctional requirements • Ensure solutions are delivered as designed and be the single owner for the solution defined. • Supports application testing, implementation, and training activities. • Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with developers and business resources • Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements • Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems • Create Mockups, Develop Use Cases • Support Data Mapping activities • Work with developers to get projects developed and implemented • Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses • Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks • Collaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-making • Provide design solutions along with project estimates • Design and implement application enhancements in collaboration with different teams • Ability to provide post production support • Serve as primary IT resource for small to medium-size projects • Work with business segments to better define project requirements for development and implementation • Translate requirements into technical specifications • Experience in requirements gathering • Experience in writing use cases • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) • Proficiency with MS Visio.
