The person in this role will develop and maintain new ETL systems and also enhance existing ETL setup as required. Desired Skills & Experience: Mandatory: · Design, develop, maintain and support SSIS packages related to the extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) process. · Write T-SQL queries, complex stored procedures and functions to perform database tasks such as inserts, updates and deletes. · Windows scripting using batch and powershell. · Design ETL audit control and scheduling processes using Autosys. · Writing test cases to ensure requirements are covered. · Perform code reviews, analyze execution plans, and re-factor inefficient code. · Respond quickly to bug fixes, enhancement requests and production ETL related issues. • Develop detailed technical specifications and operational support documentation in collaboration with data analysts. · Be responsible for data profiling, source-target mappings, SQL tunings and optimization. · Successful candidates will be quality oriented and demonstrate great attention to detail. Preferred: · Familiar with C#, .Net and Java. · Work with industry standard bug tracking tools (e.g. JIRA). · Knowledge of financial markets, capital market products. · Experience in Trade Surveillance environments.
