Experience working in Ariba and/or Fieldglass 2. Experience in assisting internal clients through the contract administration process including securing required internal approvals and/or signatures on contracts, change orders, etc. and related documentation. 3. Experience in administration support in the professional services commodity. Managing this process through the use of Ariba Contracts Pro and escalating any delays to Manager. 4. Experience in internal client interaction and external vendors; assisting and providing guidance to client questions, etc. *Job Summary*: Responsible for contract administration support which includes, but it not limited to, assisting internal clients with securing the required review and approvals for professional services engagements through both the Fieldglass and Ariba Contracts Pro tools ensuring that all of the proper documentation is obtained, approved and maintained within the Ariba Contracts Pro Tool/Repository. Extensive internal client interaction including various levels and departments. Extensive interaction with external vendors. Assist clients with general Acquisition Policy questions and issues. Extensive follow up skills are required. Extensive customer satisfaction in a professional manner is required. Multi-tasking is required in order to perform this position. Also, create the payment method for the vendor to invoice for the approved services either through the Fieldglass tool or Ariba/SAP.
