Working as a U Verse Care technical professional , you will be responsible
for working across multiple IT teams and business teams to translate
business process into mechanized workflows. This includes translating
business process high level diagrams into the Service Assurance tool ( BPM
Tool) for Customer care organization. Implementing automated workflows to
support the triple play product and help with deployment and certification
Also work with IT for any workflow deployment issues or defects highlighted
as part of various stages of testing
