*Position: Business Analyst* Location: SECAUCUS, New Jersey Duration: 1 Year
Rate: $45/hr Seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience working with teams of IT professionals in fast paced and deadline driven environment. Communicate and collaborate well with the project stakeholders Extensive written, oral, and interpersonal communication abilities Detailed oriented with excellent organization skills Competent in the following technologies: o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio) o Lotus Notes o Sharepoints Content Management System Analyze data and conduct in-depth interviews with subject matter experts to understand their business/operational processes and procedures and analyze and write business requirements Document business process flows and SDLC processes using Visio Experience creating training materials, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new and existing SDLC tools and templates (business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, Test Cases, and Detailed Design Specification) Manage changes to base-lined documents and deliverables throughout the project.
