Please share your resume on *ne...@tresourceinc.com <ne...@tresourceinc.com>* for below position. *Customer Hub Resource* *Atlanta, GA 7 month contract* Customer Hub - To do installation and help with workshops/design Background: The Client is implementing and Order to Cash solution that will leverage the following Oracle Products: - Offline Mediation Controller (OMC) to process client usage events to BRM for rating - BRM – Billing Engine that will bill contracted subscriptions and usage for the client’s B2B customers. - OCMD/OBIEE – for reporting and dashboards - EBS is currently in scope for financials and payment processing. - Interfaces to Invoicing vendor and to Oracle’s Customer Hub (on premise) and Oracle’s Product Hub (cloud version). The Oracle delivery team is looking to include a Customer Hub resource that can assist the client with setting up Customer Hub on premise in a development and test instance. Work with the customer and oracle delivery team to determine the customer account structure for the Order to Cash solution, and assist with the configuration of Product Hub. Additional time may be required once the resource is on-site and has a better understanding of the proposed solution.
