This position must interact with analysis, development, and project management staff assigned to the team. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form, and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships within and outside of the team. Expertise in the design and implementation of criminal justice applications is highly desirable. Responsibilities will include the following: Analysis of existing systems components Review and documentation of requirements, Use Cases, and designs Development and execution of test plans Development of documentation and communications. Required Skills: Web application analysis and design including ability to fully document requirements and design. Testing of large, complex systems. Good communication skills.
