*Position: QA Automation Tester*

*Location: Peoria, IL*

*Duration: 6+ Months  Interview:- Telephonic then F2F*

*Visa: GC or USC*

*JOB DESCRIPTION:-•             Around 5 to 7 years of overall QA
experience in IT/Software industry out of which minimum 2-3 years in test

*•             Should’ve worked as a client facing resource for at least 2
- 3 projects in the past*

*•             Thorough understanding of various SDLC and Testing

*•             Familiarity with QA best practices and ability to identify
gaps in processes*

*•             Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates,
resource plans, metrics and status reports*

*•             Mastering test plans, test strategy and test cases creation
for enterprise applications and interfaces*

*•             Good at system integration and end to end testing involving
multiple enterprise applications and interfaces*

*•             Experience in back end and data migration testing, SQL
queries and exposure to Oracle and SQL databases*

*•             Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS), MS Test
Manager and Visual Studio a big plus*

*•             Hands on experience on Functional automation testing using
Microsoft Visual Studio – Coded UI tests or HP QTP/UFT or any open source
tool is desired*

*•             Ability to design automation frameworks using Microsoft
Visual Studio or HP QTP/UFT or any other open source tool is desired.
Should’ve done descriptive programming using VB scripting or C#, not just
record and play back*

*•             Exposure to Performance testing using Microsoft Visual
Studio – Web Performance and Load tests or Loadrunner will be a big plus*

*•             Ability to understand complex business requirements and
perform analysis of business requirements for accuracy, completeness,
redundancy, ambiguity and testability*

*•             Test-to-break attitude, ability to think from user
perspective and to co-ordinate UAT testing dealing with all business users*

*•             Ability to multi-task, work with a sense of urgency, adapt
to changing requirements and to support aggressive agile-like project

*•             Excellent negotiation and leadership skills (e.g. provide
direction, pushback if necessary, speak up as needed)*

*•             Should be open to travel - 100%, if necessary*
