*Location:* Choice of Cleveland, OH or Pittsburgh, PA
*Duration:* 12 Month
Application Support and maintenance and troubleshooting of IVR
applications, Voice Portal System, CTI Routing and Call Recording systems .
• 6-7 yrs of Application Support Experience of Avaya Call Center
technology like IVR, Voice Portal, CTI Routing and Call Recording systems
• Experience in installation of IVR Systems like Avaya Voice Portal and
Voice Portal Management System Configurations
• Experience in Maintenance and trouble shooting the Avaya and Genesys
Call Routing system
• Strong technical, logical, and analytical skills.
• Strong team player and cooperative skills
Good Communication skills, Analytical skills and understanding of ITIL
