*Description of Work:*

Work consists of the following;
- Taking requirements on the elements to be built, including
attending meetings for requirements to ensure that all players are
identified and scheduled appropriately with adequate time to complete the
Connectivity testing from FusionWorks servers to network elements,
and working with vendors for resolving connectivity issues with appropriate
groups for Firewalls, routing, NATing, etc.
- Build out of the network elements on the appropriate FusionWorks
platform (including FACT configurations where needed, UNIX build and FW GUI
builds) using the naming conventions and existing processes, while looking
for ways to streamline current process.

- Ensuring the switch database is appropriately updated and

- Establish reporting and alarming are scheduled and set up
correctly and tested.

- Post deployment support which could include troubleshooting
calls, pulling usage records, transition of new network elements with
Mediation Support and mediation Operations.

Current configuration of collections types is: voice, Tellme, PushToTalk,
VVPN, PCL, DSL, DiameterCCF, GPRS, SGSN, GGSN, eCDR along with a few others
that are not identified as they are infrequent builds or new technology that
has not been introduced into production yet.

For Voice, configure and setup Lucent Anypath with software loads of r10
su2, r10 su3, r9 su2, Lucent UMTS with software loads of M6, r10su3, r16,
Nortel UMTS with software loads of NSS18, NSS19, NSS20, Sonus v6.4.13,

For Data, setup Ericsson 2G on R8, Nokia 2G on P5, Nortel 2G on P5 and P6,
Ericsson on 3G on R8 CP05 and FP01, and Nokia 3G on SG6 and SG6 PCD8.3,
several Ericson running both 2G and 3G on MKVI R8, with a few sporadic
implementation for Spatial, Cisco, Alcatel, and Kodiak for some trials,
company consolidations and initial startups.

Initial deployment would need to be for 3 people knowing that as we move
forward to LTE and the collector builds requiring to be built along with the
Uverse migrations will need to move to 4.5 people building out switches and
.5 people project managing the process.

Currently the load for collector builds we can hold the number to 15 voice
per quarter, and 80 data per quarter for 3 people, and once the load starts
to pick up above these numbers, we can move to 5 people as outlined above to
be reviewed annually or as the numbers of elements double that are being
required to be built. Long term goal is to establish automation to smooth
out the resource numbers and will be reviewed annually on automation
progress. Automation means streamlining processes with scripts/interface
but will not eliminate necessity for resources to perform the work, but with
reduced numbers.

*Thanks & Regards*
