Develop and maintain software applications by performing configuration in an Oracle Siebel environment. Develop and maintain software applications in a Java/Oracle environment, including web applications and SOAP-based web services. Prepare and/or assist with the preparation and maintenance of detailed technical procedures, user guides, system documentation, customer support documentation and design diagrams. Develop and execute unit and system test plans. Provide end user support and/or training to Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement staff. Ability to work in a team environment or independently without supervision. Perform analysis and troubleshoot complex problems. Multi-task as priorities and/or problems arise.
