*Position: Administrative Assistant*
*Location: San Bruno, CA*
*Duration: 6+ Months*
This position is to engage a coordinator to support our HR Immigration team
for Walmart eCommerce. It is a potential Contract to Hire position for the
right candidate. You will work directly with the team to provide services,
administration and support to the HR team in San Bruno, CA supporting
global ecommerce for Walmart. The right candidate will demonstrate
flexibility, adaptability and self-initiative as well as be expected to
independently coordinate, support and administer assigned visa and
immigration processes and services managed through HR.
ü Performs a variety of administrative functions. Schedules appointments,
gives information to callers, and takes dictation.
ü Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates
presentations. Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares
and monitors invoices and expense reports.
ü May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
ü Requires a high school diploma with 0-2 years of experience in the field
or in a related area.
ü Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures
within a particular field.
ü Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the
functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
ü Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will be:
ü Highly detailed oriented focused on excellent customer service
ü Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced
ü Resourceful and creative problem solver with the ability to use
analytics to develop solutions.

ü Knowledge of H, L, E, TN, J and immigrant (PERM, I-140, I-485) cases
would be nice to have
ü Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills
