Hope you are doing great, Please review the requirement and let me know if you have any Consultant for the below position, *Rate is open* *MUST BE USC GC EAD* Position : Workday Consultant Location: NYC,NY Duration : 6+ Months Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with at least 7 years’ experience providing HR systems application support, configuration, and implementation services • Experience with software project lifecycle tools (Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server) • Experience with iterative development methodologies (prototyping, Agile) • Experience with SQL Server • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements • Strong oral and written communication skills • Excellent project management and task prioritization and management skills • Independent judgment and strong initiative combined with ability to collaborate in a team environment • Commitment to the Foundation’s mission and core values of equity, fairness and diversity • Personal qualities of humility, capacity for self-reflection, and a sense of humor • Discretion and ability to handle confidential issues • Action-orientated and entrepreneurial self-starter who can work well independently and in teams Preferred Qualifications At least 3 years of experience working with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solution, providing integration and/or reporting services, maintaining interfaces, or configuring solution to satisfy business requirements.
