Consultant will need to identify any necessary modifications, assist with
security configuration, develop and execute test scenarios, conduct
accessibility testing, and prepare procedural documents for some or all of
the following Manager Dashboard options:

*Job and Personal Information*
View Employee Personal Info
Request Reporting Change
Transfer Employee
Promote Employee
Request Location Change
Change Full/Part Time Status
Retire Employee
Terminate Employee
Performance Management
Create Performance Documents
Create Development Documents
View Performance Documents
View Development Documents

*Required:*
8 years Experience in implementing/upgrading ERP systems
1 year Functional support to implement, upgrade or maintain PeopleSoft HRM
version 9.1 or higher, with specific experience in configuring and
implementing Manager Dashboard.

*Preferences:*
1 years expereince in Functional support to implement, upgrade or maintain
PeopleSoft HRM version 9.1 or higher, with specific experience in the
following module: ePerformance.
1 year experience in Designing, implementing/upgrading, or maintaining
Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) or Health and
Human Services Administrative System (HHSAS)
